So, my lovely friends at Hena Salons have given me the opportunity to have their Soprano XL Blue Laser Hair Removal. The leading pain free laser hair removal. Sounds great but it really got me thinking about the alternative methods of hair removal; and after seeing a horror story in the news lately about IPL laser I thought it would be interesting to do a little bit of research.
There are so many hair removal options out there, ranging from cheaper options to the more expensive investments. So which one’s are best, and why do the prices differ so much?!
So far I have had my first Soprano XL laser treatment, and I have to say it didn’t hurt one bit! It gets a little hot at times, but as soon as this happens I give Victoria a signal and she cools the area right down before continuing. I won’t comment on the hair removal process yet as it takes 5-6 sessions to complete.
IPL seems to be a much cheaper option, but there are too many horror stories circulating about burnt skin so I wouldn’t recommend that!
Anyway I’ll continue my research and I’ll be blogging the entire way through my Soprano experience; so if any of you ever do look into this yourself, I hope you will be a little better informed....hairs hoping.

Please continue the research. Its a little embarrassing to admit, however the need of ipl treatment or alternatives that don't affect the skin is a very sensitive issue and one that needs addressing. Myself, am looking to invest in treatments but am scared of what the long term effects are.
